[/quote] +1, Except we bought in Burtonsville. We lived in apartments paying way below what we could afford for 2 1/2 years in order to save up for that down payment. It sucked at the time, but was well worth it. Our mortgage is super cheap, we have a big yard and our commute is not bad. But it all depends on what your priorities are. [/quote]
