Seema Dixit is the SB rep for the Centrevlle area which includes Westfield, Centreville, Chantilly.

She lives in an enormous house currently zoned for Bull Run-Liberty-Centreville HS.

Bull Run is a split feeder. Half go to Liberty-Centreville, and half to Stone-Westfield.

The half of Bull Run currently zoned to Centreville HS is a mix of mostly lower income/working class areas and some expensive or SFH areas.

In MOST of the previous iterations of the boundary maps, all of Bull Run ES (including Dixit's house) was moved to Westfield.

Mysteriously, in the latest two versions, one low income apartment building was singled out to move from Centreville to Westfield (and this building was one of the closest area to the actual CVHS building!), and the rest of Bull Run was not moved. This piecemeal approach was not in any previous version. So she finagled reducing the FARMs rate at Centreville (to increase property values), can say she helped with the overcrowding by moving some kids, and basically threw Westfield under the bus. (The SB members get a lot of deference to things happening in their areas. That's why everyone is assuming someone lives in Walney Oaks).
