I'm hoping they sue the heck out of her to recoup whatever they can. If ABC's attorneys were even half awake, there are terms in her contract that will help them with this very unfortunate but foreseeable mess. Never thought I'd be siding with a corp against a young single mom, but here we are. Taylor is noxious. [/quote]

The police report and video have been in evidence since 2023 and could have been obtained via a FOIA request (likely how TMZ got them). She has talked about it and said she was the aggressor in interviews years ago. The show says they do background checks and there is a video circulating of someone who hosted an ABC Bachelor spin off and he said they did a thorough background check on him. Her Feb 2026 DV case is still under investigation - no charges yet. Unless her contract specific no further arrests / charges allowed and she does get arrested / charged, I don't know what they could sue her for. This was all out in the open and available to them.
