A lot of people will just freeze when they see something like this happening, even if they are deeply disturbed. No one really knows what they would do in this situation until it happens.[/quote]

Traffic was crawling or stopped. Video car stopped. They managed to drive and film.[/quote]

From what I read one woman did try to stop and help but her kids were in the car and she had to retreat to make sure they were safe.[/quote]
