If it is polite & calm "yes, I'll get the kids from school today and pick up the order on the way home" it doesn't need the added "yes, babe....love you (insert kiss)!" But if one side name calls or talks bad about the other parent when that parent is out of the room then that is what starts causing issues. And of course if one parent is so stressed they are constantly losing patience with the kids that causes issues too.[/quote]
