There’s no way to parse out which transfer applicants were applying the with the TO application or the regular transfer application. Yes, students given a transfer option actually apply again. All students are told that having a TO is not a guaranteed admission. The application is pretty low key and doesn’t require a fee, essays or letters. But it is an application. [/quote]
