I agree on this.

The real question (which I hesitate to ask because it will summon the mean SAHM troll who is obsessed with taunting parents who use school-based childcare) is whether MCPS will allow school-based childcare to open on any of these days if their local area is safe and they're able to get staff in, or whether they force all childcare across the county to be closed all of these days.

My guess is definitely no childcare on Monday (many of us were planning to use it on the no-school day) and almost certainly no childcare on Tuesday either.  Wednesday is a maybe.  Thursday if they do keep schools closed, I think they at least finally let childcares open.[/quote]

The taunting troll is definitely not a SAHM. SAHMs understand not having a nanny or back up at the ready and empathize. It’s more likely a WAHM or a mom with local family or a WAHD or a flexible schedule. [/quote]
