MMR, DTaP, Polio, & PCV are vaccines we do prioritize.
We avoid Hep A, Hep B, Varicella, Influenza, Covid, & Hib.[/quote]

What's the issue with Hib?  Interesting to give PCV to infants but not Hib.  I've seen parents skip both because they think the risk of meningitis in infants is low, but I'm not sure I've ever seen someone skip just Hib.  Also don't get the recent backlash surrounding Hep B.  It's so easy to contract if exposed (like an accidental needle stick from an HIV positive person, for example, has vanishingly low risk of actually giving me HIV, but from a Hep B positive person its like 30%, which is incredibly high.  Which is why health care workers need to show positive hep B titers - it's so easy to accidentally give it to a patient in the health care setting.  Or get it!)[/quote]
