The whole thing is baffling. She's no one’s favorite tv villian but to only see her kids a few weeks every summer is nuts.  My conspiracy theory is that Jim orchestrated the whole thing and moved to Tennessee to make it more difficult for her to see them.  He doesn't want to have a fourth set of kids with his fourth wife so he's giving her his third wife’s kids. [/quote]

None of us has heard a thing from her side. It's all whatever his PR team has selectively leaked. I'm guessing she got her son a prescription for ritalin without Jim’s involvement, and it was considered “illegal” because they had joint legal decision-making. I can't imagine why else any [b]reasonable[/b], educated mother would give her kid ritalin.

I know who she was on TV, but I don't know her, and I doubt you do, either.  I have a friend who played the villain on a different reality TV show. She is nothing like the person they portrayed her to be on the show.  They made her the villain (with her consent) because she had thicker skin than the rest of the group, and she had some moments that made for good TV.  The producers manipulate real life to serve a TV audience.  She agreed to do it because it brought publicity to her company.

Meghan is undoubtedly flawed, but buying ritalin off the streets to drug her kid flawed?  I doubt it.  The story doesn't line up. [/quote]
