You know there literally are laws that recognize how dangerous car emissions are and seek to minimize them?  So no, people don’t accept that level of danger. That's the bare minimum.  It's easy to create a minimum age to buy.  The dispensary wants to make money and it can't if it's shut down for doing illegal business.  They aren't the problem. [/quote]
