I’m curious what you’re looking for in proof? Many multiple news outlets are reporting it (easy to google). Do I know it’s true. Well I didn’t watch ICE ticket the man and get a photo of the ticket myself. But it’s so widely reported by major, typically reliable sources - and because any reporter worth their salt would do things like speak to witnesses and photograph the ticket - that I’m inclined to believe this happened.
