No work = no pay![/quote] While on furlough, I am not allowed to: - work for the competition (other countries) - work for our customers (industry) - take any job, even retail, without approval - trade stock without approval - leave the country without a security briefing - teach or publish without approval And, I'm supposed to be on call in case they decide they want me to come in after all. If you were to put similar restrictions on your employees, you'd need to pay them.[/quote]
