Their customer base is families on road trips. All their restaurants are located next to expressways for this reason. It's supposed to be a little bit of a treat.
A millennial gray, streamlined restaurant that puts you in mind of a corporate cafeteria isn't going to make people pull over and lose an hour of travel time. They'll just get fast food.[/quote]
