Right what do people think a volunteer board actually does…. google it or ask AI and you’ll see it’s stuff like vision, policies, budgets, hiring. the day to day “do the work” is staff in the office.

For SYC, each sport has commissioners who run it. I’m assuming the board isn’t sitting there every afternoon telling them how to throw a football or how to move cones around.

So if you’re mad about how something’s being run maybe talk to your commissioner first. unless you are the commissioner and just don’t know what you’re doing…. So now you’re blaming everyone else….[/quote]
