Parents too dumb/lazy to oversee homework, so we can’t have any. So, Larlo and Larla become part of a generational chain of stupidity. Responsible parents who can’t afford private K-12 supplement kids education all the way through salvaging FCPS’s reputation. Hopefully vouchers will change that dynamic. [/quote]
