+1. Being stressed is not an excuse for verbal abuse. She was a control freak who maintained control through verbal abuse and shaming. Everyone knows someone like this. It has nothing to do with vindication but if you’re going to heap insults against her, might as well add him to the mix. He was a lousy deadbeat dad yet in here it’s all “she is evil” blah blah. And “poor Jon, so glad he could finally live a little after marrying so young”. Give me a break. [/quote]

I think the better parent is the one who is not monetizing their children's intimate family moments, is not draining the bank accounts of the two kids you don't like, and who fought to get the family off reality TV.
