I find it strange how much credence has been given to the eyewitnesses who have claimed to have seen her over the years.  None seemed definitive and/or credible yet so much of the investigation seems to have hinged on their statements.  Without their statements, it seems clear she fell overboard.  I also really found her dad to be odd.  His emotions just didn’t read as real to me.[/quote]

I KNOW!!!  But I read the Wikipedia entry on her and it made it sound like the woman who saw her in the bathroom in Barbados actually did file some sort of report fairly soon.  That Navy dude who was saying he would have gotten into trouble for being in an illegal brothel, so he didn’t report it for years?  I mean what a piece of trash.  I literally felt nauseous listening to him.  [/quote]
