What would your solution be? To never have the sexes interact in real life settings? I don't think it is harassment for a guy to ask for a number but it becomes harassment if he can't take no for an answer. The woman needs to be comfortable saying no with confidence and escalating if he cannot take no for an answer. [/quote]
