When ICE raids were announced, I thought for sure that Loudoun would be a big target and Chapman would be on board to assist since he's such a big Trump 'yes man'. However, I've seen very little about ICE raids or arrests in my part of Loudoun. All the usual areas where the undocumented hung out for jobs are still heavily populated with them. [/quote]
