Loud music, loud people. An occasional party is okay but not even several times a year. I also don't want to hear your personal conversations, especially your arguments. Dogs barking too much. Noise bothers me.
You are definitely not an apartment person
Everyone should be an apartment person. It's environmentally responsible!
I grew up in an apartment. Cleaning was a breeze because we lived minimally and I liked that. But I really doubt you would want me as a neighbor now. I have very noisy hobbies such as woodworking. I am hammering, drilling and running my equipment whenever I have a free chance. It’s OK for people to be apartment people, but it’s also OK for people to not be apartment people. Not everybody has the same lifestyle and sometimes your lifestyle changes.
This hobby sounds like a waste of resources. Your time would be better spent helping your neighbors with cleaning, cooking, and raising their children. It takes a village!
DAFFUQ? It takes a PARENT to raise a child. Not a village. A village typically has an idiot somewhere. You want the village idiot raising our kids? Are YOU the village idiot?
A child that is not embraced by the village will burn it down to feel its warmth.
