WTF are you talking about?? He knows full well what’s going on. He knows what the TW posture was pre Covid, what the CBA requires, etc. He doesn’t need a random staff member to brief him on it.

Fair enough. I agree that people often grossly overestimate how much management knows (or cares), and that they often have their head in the sand with little awareness of morale, etc. Hence the 100 pct TONE DEAF emails and townhalls recently.
