Haven’t you seen the clips of one DHS guy saying to the other about a teenager “that’s not the one we’re looking for” and the other says “take him anyway”?

Garcia at least had two hearings in immigration court and one hearing/pleading on appeal. If I given that opportunity to go to court twice and then appeal, I think I am safe and will be fully satisfied with the due process. Also, Garcia had several hearings in the state court before judge granted a protective order to his wife, so it looks like the judge followed the law in this country and protected his wife. As long as I am given same level of protection by law, I am fine. [/quote]
