All true but you have to admit this circumstance is an unnecessary consequence of having two awful presidents with ridiculously conflicting protocols in dealing with undocumented immigrants. None of this is necessary. This is all a product of crappy leadership at the top.

I would have and you probably would have as well but if we didn't have legal residency in the US, we'd probably be reluctant to obey such an order from the Federal Police as well. Clearly you have never met an undocumented immigrant. I've met many. Almost every one of them has endured violence so horrific you simply can't imagine it. Yet, they managed to get themselves to safety in the US. They want what every one of us wants -- a safe place to live, a job, a decent roof over their heads, good schools for their kids, etc. They are running from criminals, and there are jobs here for them. If you were as desperate, you would run to the US too, for safety. [/quote]
