If you look at all the photos, it's obvious that Carmen is a regular normal pregnancy, with normal healthy weight gain, and normal several month post-partum recovery, and the following 3 boys (then 4th) pregnancies are tiny basketball moonbumps where Hilaria stayed a size 0 and just gained a basketball tummy.  Then 10 days after "birth", returned to a size 0 tummy, it is just so fake with all 3/4 boys.

Hilary never miscarried, but surrogates did a few times and Hillary claimed their sadness as her own physical loss.  I admit, she could have been sad, because it was her and Alec's fertilized embryo, but would you go on a morning news show when you (or surrogate) are partially experiencing a miscarriage and say you are waiting for it to complete, smiling the whole time?  I think you would be at your Dr, not on a news set, smiling.[/quote]
