Move the needle on what? Midterms are two years away and I think you are out of touch regarding American voter attention span. The average Americans you are talking about will buy their $8k ATV, pickup truck lift, or night out in Vegas and will never again think about it. That was 2001. Most vote buy tactics by presidential administrations occur during a president's 1st term or during campaigns. Trump looked out for his wealthy supporters/donors by lowering the corporate tax rate. Biden's attempts to cancel college debt. Some vote buys are just promises made during campaigns that the politician making the promises knows will never come fruition. [/quote]
