Okay, this argument is on its face nonsense, but let's just look at the philosophy here. How is ANYONE being hurt by not participating in a WOMEN in STEM club or an International club?

We lived in Cambridge MA for a few years.  Our child was in kindergarten and they had a science club for girls free of charge. It was awhile ago for us.  They have expanded their priority placements.

Why is that so hard to believe?  And for every program that prioritizes minorities there are hundreds that have prioritized whites.
