Great. If they have immunity due to a pardon, they have no 5th Amendment against self-incrimination because would have no criminal exposure.  Therefore, they would have no right to decline to answer questions in court or if subpoenaed by Congress. Should they decline to answer questions, they could be jailed for contempt. [/quote]
