Someone from the D’s could absolutely clean up with disappointed Trump voters by promising to go hard after wealthy business owners who abuse the H1 B system and hire illegal immigrants. Go hard after Uber for letting undocumented workers abuse accounts.  Promise to arrest Musk and any other tech CEO that lays off Americans and then tries to increase their H1 B.

There is a big political opportunity for the politician that truly embraces the working class, middle class, and labor. Not the current Democrats who elevate all identities except for class, and who openly despise the working class. Not the current Republicans, who are happy to exploit them. But a politician that actually fights for the working class? The politician that understands why Luigi has become so popular even if of course nobody can defend his behavior? They could do well.
