Give me a break. No one wants to live next to the poors. Keep them in PGC and Montgomery Village with others of their kind. Elrich understood Montgomery County shouldn't welcome any more of them than we have to.[/quote]

Except for all of the plans on the books to build that haven’t been activated.  Elrich, like most sensible people, would like to do what might work in a way that’s a least disruptive to existing communities.  I know this bothers the density fetishists, but I’m sure that we can hand out tissues to them.[/quote]

Are you under the impression that the county government decides when and where development happens? It doesn't.  It can decide where development isn't allowed to happen, but it can't force development where it isn't economically viable.[/quote]
