As I understand, it is too late to get Mark Robinson’s name off the ballots, but if he drops out tonight the GOP can swap him out with someone else.  And that person will be the real candidate, even though people will be checking the box for “Mark Robinson”.  But, man, how humiliating would it be to drop out under these circumstances and watch the party move on to someone else like you don’t even exist?  And no, this isn’t even close to Biden-Harris.  Biden dropped out in a dignified way on his timeline and will be revered by the party forever.  Robinson will instantly become persona non grata and will have no future whatsoever in politics.[/quote]
