Why should they address 2 boys fighting outside of school grounds? Even if it was in school grounds,  unless it’s a brawl or weapons involved,  there's no need to send out a communiqué about two knuckle heads releasing steams. If that was the case, MCPS would have to send emails/communications every single damn day and multiple times a day, because at any given school in MCPS and at any given time, there's some kind of confrontation going on.[/quote]
