Op here. Thank you for this post. I should have been more careful in my wording. Of course there are reasonable causes for people not eating healthy. My point was only that in can be done, even under not ideal circumstances.

Saying that something can be done does not mean that if people don't do it they are defective. It is possible for me to train harder to swim 3k in open water. The fact that I can't do it does not mean I am defective. [/quote]
