This woman would have lived through the Great Depression (prior to fortified food) and WW II (rationing). Her life expectancy was 60 years. She thought cigarettes were healthy and relaxing. Contracting any kind of cancer was a death sentence. I'm not saying obesity is healthy, but equating being skinny and little with health is misleading.[/quote]
