No one is above the law. What crimes did any of these people commit apart from not being adequately “loyal” to Trump?  If any of them has committed a crime, they should be prosecuted. But they should be prosecuted with full due process, not a military tribunal. Trump has received sycophantic due process. [/quote]

What you are failing is is the concept that Trump and his administration were and are actual crooks. I mean Steve Bannon was convicted of fleecing MAGAs for the wall construction.

If Barr had reason to charge Biden or others with crimes, he would have.
