Flame away, but I'm late everyday and can be on the metro @ 4:50 everyday, I can live with "unequal" pay. Equal pay is another typical red herring of the left, but I won't hold my breath looking for an admission.   Can't wait to vote competance in November. R/r all the way. [/quote]

It's in no way a red herring, and your fervent hope doesn't make it so. I'm convinced the righties of this nation don't eve understand what equal pay actually is. It's if someone with your same exact job, responsibilities, education, and hours - just with exterior plumbing - got paid, oh, 14% more. For the exact same job. And for no reason. Equal pay is not you being chronically, irresponsibly late, working less and leaving early while still getting paid less. That's not what we're fighting for. We're fighting for a change to the endemic, systemic sexism that still results in women getting paid less than men.[/quote]
