[/quote] Just because a university is highly selective does not mean it is a hyper-competitive environment. Aspects of Princeton can be highly competitive; other aspects are collaborative and supportive. But if you want to seek out the most competitive majors and activities, they will let you jump through those hoops. At a certain point the negative comments just become middle-brow nonsense, as if dissatisfaction with any highly selective school is a cause for celebration. [/quote]
