I don’t have kids in upper school so can’t speak to how outplacement is going compared to the previous HOS.[/quote] I was also concerned about outplacement- but for our kid, they got into everywhere they applied- including a very tough admit k-12 independent school (which was the first choice). Woods says they get kids into their top choice, and so far that seems to have been borne out this year.
