Any kid from the MS who meets the criteria (GPA, courses) can apply. In the first pass, they will offer seats up to the allocation # iff the applicants test well enough. Some schools will use all of the seats, others won’t. After that, there are many other seats available for other kids who test in. In the end, some MSs will have less than 1.5% and some will have more. If you need more detail, I can dig up specific numbers after coffee. [/quote]
