No, you’re not right. Biden didn’t refuse a subpoena to produce these documents and didn’t have staff moving them into secret locked closets while signing affidavits telling authorities that he already had turned everything over.[/quote]

Because Biden had no right to have the documents in the first place since they predated his presidency.  Whether or not Trump was permitted to have them is an open question. [/quote]
