I do struggle with the people who seem to think their kids are owed a degree at a T20 private university/LAC and sneer about their DC’s only chance @ a private is @ one “two rungs below.”  This is not new in higher ed financing. Well, perhaps it is new to these posters, but parents and students have been making these trade-offs for many decades, not just in the 21st century. [/quote]
