Where is the malpractice?[/quote] Obviously the only thing that would drive an upstanding citizen to be forced to execute a judge is if the judge was colluding with the opposing party's counsel to rip an innocent child from his loving father's arms. If the wife had upheld her marriage vows, as she surely wouldn't have done if her profiteering lawyer didn't delude her into thinking she needed a divorce, the happy family would be able home together in peace and the judge would be facing censure instead of dead.
