Yes, but law enforcement only investigated because KM reported it. She could have handled it as a private civil matter given the very small amount of money at issue. If what is alleged is true, the actions were definitely wrong, but all of this says more about KM’s pettiness and vindictiveness than anything else. [/quote]

The article states “As a result of the actions noted, it has been determined that Pride Girls Lacrosse ultimately sustained a loss of $1,160. This would have been their profit from the $3,200.”  The alleged crime was against Pride, not the the customers. Learn to read. It’s fundamental. [/quote]

Again, learn to read. I said in my previous post that the actions were wrong, if true. But like I also said, KM could have handled it privately through civil litigation given the small amount of money. It didn’t need to become a criminal matter. Are you this dumb in real life or just on this message board?[/quote]
