The bidding process is public knowledge and the RFP documents are available online. There is nothing unethical about this. Also the docs clearly say the duration of this new contract so if he spent a little bit of time he would know when this will happen again. And I bet that this was mentioned - that the services would be rebid - probably in some newsletter or email - and promptly ignored. It sucks to switch but it’s not any grave injustice.[/quote]
