Based on what I am seeing:

1. SJC - until proven otherwise
2. Landon - returns a talented and deep 2024 senior class and a solid 2025 class. 
3. Prep - the junkyard will be bringing in a few marquee boarders to keep them afloat in the IAC next year
4. Gonzaga - has all the talent in the world but the program has a serious discipline problem and can't stay focused for an entire season 
5. PVI - Panthers have the athletes to run and compete with anyone
6. Bullis - addition by subtraction with a few of the departing seniors. 
7. EHS - a dark horse in the IAC and I can assure you a few senior transplants will show up in August
8. SS/SA - the Saints didn't graduate any studs from their 2023 class
9. St Albans - similar to Bullis,  STA might surprise teams next spring. Solid 2025 class. 
10. DeMatha - Mitchell better have the Stags contending for a WCAC championship by the end of his 3rd season

I would actually put Prep at the top spot, or second if you really want to give deference to SJC. Their superstar senior class this past year distracted everyone from their strong 2024 and 2025 players. They have top 2024 and 2025 players who either started or had significant playing time this past year. Prep has at least 12 2024 players, seven of whom are committed to play in college (Georgetown, Notre Dame, UMD, Johns Hopkins, Villanova, Duke, and Dickinson), which is more than any other team in the IAC or WCAC. I am guessing there will be more '24 commitments after this summer and multiple 2025 commits. Two particularly strong '25 players are the starting 6'4 defender who plays like an LSM and the 6'5 first/second line Midfielder who loves to score and was just named offensive MVP at the One Percent Showcase. I would guess they will be top recruits this fall, among others. Point being, Prep has work to do after losing 21 seniors, but don't assume they will be weak or needing to rebuild. They will be just fine and likely top dog in the DMV.[/quote]
