Your response is such BS.  Please OP, and other men, ask out women who you meet through mutual activities and hobbies or at planned social interactions.  Try your hand with these women.  See a woman at a coffee shop every Tuesday morning for a few a weeks? You've smiled and said good morning to each other regularly now? Great, ask her out. Do not try your hand with random strangers just living their lives on the street.  This distinction should not be complicated. [/quote]
