[/quote] Yeah. From what I know, this guy over-reacted, possibly in a way that makes him criminally liable. But this was *entirely predictable.* When a society allows public spaces to be taken over by anti-social, frightening, and often violent behavior, it is entirely predictable to that people will respond by feeling scared and defending themselves/others.
