The number of people who are absolutely furious that semiglutide works well for weight control and so who desperately want to believe made-up negative stories about it is truly staggering.
They’re soooo mad. So so mad.
They are mad that people are fat?
They're mad that fat people have access to a relatively easy and painless way to be thin.
Remember, there's always a price to be paid when you take a shortcut.
Lolol you want that to be true so badly don’t you? God forbid people who struggle with obesity have a tool to get to a healthy weight without price to pay. You can’t stand it. I wish I could understand why.
I already told you why. They need to believe they’re thin due to moral superiority. It unhinges them that others might appear as morally superior as them without being naturally so.
You guys, please ignore this lady. She has a confirmed mental illness and any comments implying that lifestyle impacts obesity will trigger her. I'm warning you.
I'm not this lady. I have been thin, normal weight, overweight, and obese. I find the talk about overweight or obese people to be rife with judgement and a definite feeling of moral superiority. I don't think it's unhinged at all to observe and believe this, especially when you have people posting fake gloom and doom scenarios and then "warnings" like, everything comes at a price. I think she's spot on.
I was thin for most of my life weight ballooned up during covid and it’s incredibly hard to take it off and keep it off, it like someone said the greatest predictor of being fat is getting fat. Once you are in that metabolic space it’s hard to get out. The way I’m treated by a lot of people now is absolutely shocking. All of a sudden I’m not smart or capable or deserving of respect it’s truly shocking. People can really be mean and the total accumulation of daily insult really can be quite depressing. I would never fault anyone for using any means to make it easier to lose weight. It’s hard to be fat.
