I think it’s pretty likely that she did collide with him because of the fact that she was totally uninjured. He might have been doing a wide turn across the entire run and since she has said that she skis down the right, he could have popped up in front of her if she was watching her kids. On green runs, you have to expect beginners to make wiiiide turns. I also think he sounds pretty out there and should have let it go a long time ago. [/quote]
