This thread has gone off the rails - what are the odds?

There are systematic issues at Tilden that go way beyond this side show of the Mitzvah invites and sweatshirts.

Since you are at NB, consider yourself lucky and listen rather than invalidate the experiences of families at Tilden. MCPS knows there is an issue- hence the new principal and the recent community meeting. It is academic, social and cultural at Tilden. Hopefully a process is underway to make change and maybe some has occurred but it is real. And the friends I have with NB kids have had a better experience.
