Normally Lavrov is a pretty cool customer in front of crowds.  Notice the unconscious left hand thumb nervousness throughout, and eye blinks when the crowd laughed and he repeated "influenced" three times.

Lavrov: "You know, uh, the war, uh, which, uh, we are trying to stop, which was launched against us, using the..."  [laughter from the crowd]  "...The Ukrainian people, uh, of course, it influenced, influenced, influenced, policy of Russia, including the emerging policy..."

This tends to negate the comments from Dmitri Kosyrev (Asia expert) in the China video at [7:40 / 10:40].  "Right now in Delhi, Westerners have nothing to say".  Apparently he didn't know Lavrov got laughed at at the conference or that 100 diplomats walked out on Lavrov's UN speech Mar 2.

Not sure if you recall military training being re-instituted in Russian 10th and 11th grades, but now the stress seem to be creeping down to Middle School level as well.  This is what a Russian teacher yelled into her 15 year-old-student's face (from the gist, the kid was late to a Defender of the Fatherland Day ceremony/event?]:
